The Taming of the Shrew was written between 1590 and 1592 and was one of Shakespeare’s earliest comedies, and also one of the most controversial works. This play was criticized by feminists for its misogynistic thoughts. The video that will be shown portrays a totally different version, which is subversive and modernistic.
