The 22nd “Most Popular Professors” announced

Peking University, March 29, 2018: Recently, PKU Student Union honored the eleven professors as the 22nd “Most Popular Professors”. The professors are listed as follows:
1. Wang Xuejun, College of Urban and Environmental Sciences
2. Pei Jian, College of Chemistry and Molecular Engineering (CCME)
3. Shi Yipeng, College of Engineering
4. Gao Yihong, School of Foreign Languages
5. Zhang Ming, Department of Chinese Language and Literature
6. Yan Jirong, School of Government
7. Lei Shaohua, School of International Studies (SIS)
8. Sun Yumei, School of Nursing
9. Guo Liping, Institute of Medical Humanities (Faculty of Foundational Health Science Center)
10. Qi Jianguang, Peking University First Hospital
11. Jian Weiyan, School of Public Health
To exhibit the excellence of PKU teachers and to promote the virtue of respectful instructors, PKU Student Union organizes this activity as the prelude to the 120th anniversary ceremony of the University. Recommended by all departments and voted by students, the “Most Popular Professors”, is a trademark activity aiming at promoting teacher-student interchange since 1996. Open classes and professors’ salons will be organized to create more chances for students to get close to these professors.
