Peking University, July 14, 2020: On July 11, Tang Youqi, a renowned biochemist, educator and pioneer in the field of crystal chemistry and molecular engineering in China, celebrated his 100th birthday. On the same day, with best wishes for young researchers to continue exploring this realm, a scholarship fund was set up in the names of Tang and his wife Zhang Lizhu, a prominent medical scientist pioneering in modern reproductive medicine.
