Peking University, Nov. 19, 2010: The Journal of Chinese Pharmaceutical Sciences, undertaken by PKU School of Pharmaceutical Sciences and directed by the Chinese Pharmaceutical Association, has been indexed as core journals in China’s science and technology field starting from November 2010.

Assessed in Chinese S&T Journal Citation Reports by the Institute of Scientific and Technical Information of China, the “core journals” has become the most important sci-tech journal group with academic authority in China.

Journal of Chinese Pharmaceutical Sciences, published as a bimonthly journal since 2010, is the only comprehensive pharmaceutical journal in English sponsored by the Chinese Pharmaceutical Association.

The journal’s website provides multiple services, such as searching the present or back issues, downloading papers and submitting manuscripts, and connecting with databases. Since 2010, the journal has also joined CrossRef group and registered DOI (Digital Object Identifier) number for each published article, improving the international accessibility of the papers.
