Peking University, Aug. 27, 2011: Finishing registration process August 26 - 27, freshmen from around the world begin their new lives at PKU, starting from the upcoming orientation week.
As the academic year 2011-12 nears, PKU receives 7,682 new entrants - including some 1,600 international students and 220 Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan students.
