Peking University holds a conference on Foreign Affairs Policy Interpretation

Peking University, April 11, 2019: Peking University held a conference to interpret foreign affairs on April 3, with PKU Vice President Tian Gang attending the conference to deliver a keynote address.
Tian pointed out that the University assigns great prominence to international exchanges and cooperation and will further move them to new heights. Tian also revealed that the University also formulated the international development strategy in line with the new situation and requirements. Tian finally extended his recognition over the achievements in terms of international exchanges and cooperation. Meanwhile, he hoped that everyone can make concerted efforts to advance works related to foreign affairs.
The Conference focused on the latest policies in relation to international exchanges and cooperation, with participants exchanging views on the problems occurred while working on foreign affairs. By organizing this conference, it is hoped that substantial progress can be made in the process of developing a “Double First-Class” university.
