Peking Univerisity, May 27, 2019: On the morning of May 24, PKU Council Chairman Qiu Shuiping, together with his delegation, came to China Development Bank, and met its chairman Zhao Huan. They held a symposium to discuss cooperation details. PKU Council Vice Chairman Liu Yucun and Vice President Wang Yanglin attended the symposium.

Qiu Shuiping pointed out that PKU had long-term and stable cooperation with China Development Bank, which had made important contributions to the development of national economy and provided strong support to PKU. Also, PKU will continue to support China Development Bank with talents and to further expand the scope of cooperation in more areas.
Zhao Huan pointed out that in the process of supporting sustainable and healthy development of the national economy, China Development Bank had stable cooperative relations with PKU in many fields, for which he expressed his gratitude. He also said that China Development Bank would continue to support PKU and hoped to expand cooperation areas, improve cooperation mechanisms, form complementary advantages and make new contributions to the country's economic and social development.
In the future, the two sides will hold in-depth discussions on cooperation in specific aspects, such as campus infrastructure construction, scientific research innovation and achievements transformation.
