PUHS Professor elected to FDI Membership Liaison and Support Committee

Peking University, Sept. 25, 2019: On the afternoon of September 7, Professor Liu Yi of Peking University Hospital of Stomatology (PUHS) was elected member of the Membership Liaison and Support Committee of the World Dental Federation (FDI), becoming yet another PUHS staff serving on key posts in international organizations and the first stomatologist of the Chinese mainland doing so through congress election. His election signals greater international influence and outreach of the PUHS and China in the field.
Professor Liu is also the incumbent director of international cooperation at the Chinese Stomatological Association. His election to the FDI created a new record for the PUHS where its staff or alumni had served on all the five committees of the FDI.
