Peking University, Nov. 18, 2019: On November 12, the second annual conference of Global “PPP 50” Forum was held at Peking University. The conference was organized by Peking University Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Research Center. It aimed to contribute to the research on global PPP development, promoting PPP reform and innovation in China and the rest of the world. More than 300 representatives from state and local authorities, financial institutions, PPP enterprises were present.

Speaking at the forum, Peking University President Hao Ping pointed out that PPP is an innovation conducive to the modernization of China's governance system and capacity. Since the establishment of the PPP Research Center in 2017, Peking University has actively conducted in-depth research on key issues in PPP reform, gained a series of research achievements, and cultivated many talents.

At the conference, PKU PPP Research Center released some of their research publications and shared their research findings to the attendees, including the status quo of China’s PPP market and the development of PPP across the world.
